You can rent a storage unit on our website, or by calling us during available hours. To rent online, click Units. Select the unit based on the size and features you need, and then follow the prompts to check out. Whichever way you prefer to rent, you will need to sign your lease by the move-in day and provide a valid photo ID.

Before it is time to check into your unit, you’ll need to provide a government-issued photo ID and proof of insurance, by emailing or texting a copy. You will also need the first month’s rent and deposit if you have not already paid. If you are using your own coverage to ensure your unit, we recommend supplying your proof of insurance.

It is highly recommended you reserve ahead of time on-line, but you can call and rent a unit, however, we cannot guarantee your first choice will be available in that case. To speed up the move-in process, we strongly suggest reserving online.

No, you can’t rent a storage unit for another person. The person who is renting the storage unit must show up to sign the lease.

You’ll save time by reserving online today. Just be sure to do a quick check-in online before move-in day. There might be an item that needs to be completed before you can move in.

You will save time and money by renting online. You will need to check online before moving day. If you’ve completed the online rental process and submitted payment, you will need to provide a copy of your ID, by emailing or texting a copy.

Though we hate to see anyone go, we make the move-out process as simple as possible. Just let us know you’re leaving and empty your room, and we’ll close out your account the day your unit is cleared. As a courtesy, we ask that you give us notice that you will vacate your unit a month before you leave.

We’re happy to help you select a different unit should you find that your needs have changed. Just go online, call, or email to make the transfer.

We require all customers to have proof of insurance or opt-in to our Coverage option. While not an insurance policy, our Coverage option is the most convenient way to satisfy this provision. Please contact your facility manager to learn more.

We offer a variety of Value Coverage packages based on the amount of coverage you need. We never charge a deductible, and our Value Coverage is free for your move-in month.

We don’t allow perishable items such as food, things that produce a noxious smell, anything flammable, or explosives. For a complete list of what is or is not allowed in storage, please see lease agreement. If you have any questions about specific items, please contact your facility manager.
